Can not believe the greenies have not kicked up a stink about this . The PRO S have just wiped out 30 penguins . :mrgreen:

Something needs to be done before more marine life gets killed, I saw a pod of dolfins at altona about 1 week ago next they kill the dolfins :( they need to banned, there has to be a way!

$90 000 only? That is pocket change for the amount of money we put into fishing licences, etc.

Even if we bought it, who is to say they won't just sell another licence? They just sold another recently in Corio bay, and that place has been totally raped by the netters. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Friends- ... 0909343052

We just spent $65 000 for a couple of casting platforms at Torquay. I wonder if they could be built cheaper?

Years ago, you could always go out and get a feed of flatties. These days, its a case of sorting through 30 flatties for 10 of legal size up in North PPB.

Yeah that's very true wavejumper its a joke mate! I've heared from someone that used to commercial fish in the north of ppb that the government has only issued 1 or 2 licence in the north from what I've heared

The thing that got me was ,a member of the public randg n imformed the dpi n not the netter....i have been informed that the netters do not have inform dpi of accidently catching penguins...
