Boat trailer problem

Postby FisHunter Sun May 03, 2015 3:31 pm

Hi guys,
Just picked up a 2nd hand trailer for the fishunter. Unfortunately after getting it on there it seems like the rear wobbles don't like to boat. The strakes both hit the teflon and both wobbles sit free.
Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.
Im thinking of trying 5" wobble rollers as opposed to 4"
I'm in tarneit if you're local and would like to help..

Thanks in advance
Roger

Not sure but looking at the pic a bracet like this might help. The rollers are set higher than the bracket. Just a thought.

Think Tim is right -can u loosen U bolts and twist roller arms upwards if not larger rollers or arms with deeper offset

I was thinking a combination of larger roller and the bracket tim spoke about. Only downside is these on the trailer are quad wobbles but the bracket from ebay are doubles. But should be ok.

Make sure that if you put bigger rollers and raise it the other rollers are still touching. I'd just measure how much higher they need to be take it off and get someone to re weld it. it will fit perfectly this way.
