Same as AK mick, it's a pretty enjoyable drive I think, but yes watch for roo's. Also watch for boat ramp charge $4. We didn't pay it as we didn't know it had been introduced since we were there last, $150 fine apparently. They were in 600 metres last weekend. Good luck.

If I remember right, I once read written by Geoff Wilson I'm sure, skinned toadies used as bait for gummies, particularly around the Cole's channel st Leonard's. Sounds weird but must work.

Have a Wolf Air Dive Hookah for sale, $4500, comes with 100 and 60 metre hoses, can be seen on eBay for photos, only selling due to opportunity to upgrade to an upsized brand new unit. Located in Ballarat. Andy-0418560441 *** Was unable to get into the 'trading room rules', Mick, hope your not going...
About 1km straight out from the ramp, if there are fish going you will know hence the name. Realy not worth fishing unless desperate for a feed, all fish need to be measured and garfish size hooks needed to catch them.
Micks spot on, Frank does a brilliant job, well worth the drive to get it to him and the wait for your fish. Don't go fiberglass, if you want a true replica with real skin and scales, go skin mount. If you want a shiny cheap looking fish go fiberglass, there's no comparison.

Thanks Heidi but I have power right up to the unit, past the fuse casing. I did however use a different housing like you said because the one they supply is crap as you found out!
